No internet for 3 days. Come on Frogfoot!!!!

I am so frustrated with Frogfoot. I have had no internet since Tuesday. I have contacted Afrihost and they have said that it would take up to 24 hours. Then the next day I was told between 24hrs and 48 hours and I need to give frogfoot a chance to fix it. Will it's day 3 and still not working. What is going on Frogfoot. I am paying for a service and I am getting no service and no internet that I am been billed for. My neighbour just got their internet working again but I am still without. Come on this is unacceptable.
