No fibre service what so ever

What ******* service. I had this for 3 weeks now and every day there is a problem with frogfoot. Either no internet at all or you get 3mbs or less. I am so sorry I got involved whith the this company. They clearly not prepared for business. How is one expected to do any work from home if you cannot connect to unreliable fibre line. Even ADSL is working beter so that says much about frogfoots fibre.
