No ethics

This company tore up my driveway to install fibre and then failed to repair it properly as promised. Contacted them to fix it, promised to fix it - did nothing. Contacted again, promised again - did nothing again. Contacted again, promised again - still nothing. How could anybody deal with a company that has business ethics like this?
