No delivery of promised service!

In Jan 2021, agents came knocking on doors to advise to install fibre lines. The majority of Rusdal Blackheath 7580 residents agreed to this. Thereafter, service provider agents came knocking on our doors and night to figure out what network will be best.

It is almost May, and we are still without a trace of having fibre as no work has even begun.

We are heading into winter where more people will be required to work from home as a covid-19 measure, but we will now be unable to do so effectively and efficiently.

A commitment made should be seen through. Countless emails have been sent with no response.

This is utterly unacceptable.
