No communication from Frogfoot for information required - waiting a week to transfer internet to the unit next door.

Using Mweb via Frogfoot, moved to a Unit next door in the same complex, literally the unit next door.

Been trying the last week to move my Internet over and activate it, have all the accessories (Router, Black Box).

Mweb support said Frogfoot needs a Proof of address, there is no communication from Frogfoot on this, was submitted to them, called again 2 days later Frogfoot requires the UBNT number, again no communication from Frogfoot, if you don't call you wont know what they need to progress more.

It is taking a week just to transfer to a unit next door.

Last time i also struggle 3 - 4 weeks for installation.
