No action despite promises

On Monday 8 October Frogfoot dug up the servitude in front of my pedestrian gate and closed the area off with their netting. 9 days later and nothing has happened! I sent a message via their Facebook page on Monday 15th and received a response with a reference number. Nothing happened on Tuesday morning so I sent another message stating that I will be filling the hole myself as I need the space for a delivery of building sand. Stewart from the offices contacted me 3 times assuring me that the hole would be filled this morning. I also had a visit from a supervisor last night and he said he would prioritise for a team to attend to this issue first thing this morning. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! I have arranged with some guys in the area who work for Vumatel to fill the hole for me for R100. This will happen after they have finished work this afternoon. Frogfoot maybe you should change your name to VROTfoot cause your service sucks! Definitely will be using the Vumatel lines who were in and out in 1 day!
