Never subscribe FROGFOOT Fibre Internet

I subscribed to Frogfoot / Mweb fibre internet service. On the day of installation, they created a hell of a lot of problems. 1. They installed the modem far away from the electric plug. Now I have to use an extension code to connect it which looks funny. They said they will come back to fix it. Never seen them again. 2. They rammed their bakkie into my gate. They broke their bakkie's side mirror. Caused damage to my gate. I paid R500 to fix it. They said I can claim from Frogfoot. Who to approach? 3. The guys who came for installation asked me to sign a blank feedback form, which they wanted to fill in nicely later on!!! Who would sign a blank form? Last month on Princes Road I saw Frogfoot guys distributing flyers. I stopped and told my experiences to a white guy that was there. The following week I saw the same people in front of Hudson Primary. I stopped and checked about the progress of my complaint. The white guy told me it has been escalated to a higher authority. Nothing has happened so far. And on top of it their network is very poor. I want refund R500. I want modem installed properly
