Meeb, Frogfoot Fiber & Arizona Civils Poor Service

I have a contract with Mweb and their authorized fiber installer for my residence is Frogfoot. I received an installation date confirmation from Arizona Civils contracted by Frogfoot Fiber for the installation. The installation was scheduled for 7 September. I made arrangements for someone to be at home for the installation. Arizona cancels thale morning of the 7th with the poor excuse of the weather. I further escalated to Mweb and Frogfoot and received a new installation date for Saturday as per my request. My complaint with Frogfoot was only resolved on Thursday, 10 September so I requested Saturday 12 September. An email was received confirming the installation. Today, 12 September no one phones or comes through as per the schedule for 12pm. This is the second time I have received confirmation of the scheduled installation and no one shows up. Very poor service from all 3 companies. Mweb, Frogfoot Fiber and Arizona Civils, please treat your customers with respect and care. The poor service received leaves a bitter taste for me. As Frogfoot Fiber is the only authorized installer, I have no choice but to wait for the installation or I would have canceled and got another contractor that has their customers best interest at heart.
