MATERIAL DELAYS WITH FROGFOOT MWEB FIBRE INSTALLATIONS

Material delays with installation using their partner, High Level 2C to set up the connection to the fibre network.

I waited in excess of 2 weeks for an appointment only to receive a phone on the day of the planned installation to notify me that it will be moved out even further "to another slot"... In the meanwhile i have been using data which is exceptionally expensive.

I explained to them that i Work From Homw and that my son is writing matric exams but received very weak explanations that their vehicle broke down.

VERY SLOPPY CUSTOMER SERVICES AND EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE SERVICE DELIVERY - which is costing me a small fortune in the meanwhile, while i have to wait for them to get their act together!

This is ridiculous.

None of these companies - either Frogfoot or Mweb have a telelphone number or contact to manage these type of issues. EVerything is online via email - making it exceptionally stressful for the customer to resolve, while they just wait to collect their fees!

Thank you for your response, however I am in the dark as to your "official company communication platforms". I do not even have an email address to position my compliants. THe email i received from Frogfoot notifying me of the initial installation date (today), is a "no reply" email address. Quite cheeky in my view.

You can contact me, but i have absolutely no way of reaching you.
Please do explain your "official communication" strategy,. since i believe its benefits are one-sided.

kind regards
REnesia Bailey
