Management escalation. Glen Marais frogfoot fiber infrastructuree
The fiber in glen marais is off again this weekend for the 4th weekend in 2 months.
It was off the whole easter weekend aswell.
This needs to be escalated to management.
Its impossible for fiber to be off every weekend. Theres obviously something very wrong here in Glen Marais with the fiber infrastructure.
We cannot keep on paying a full amount to our isp every month but we only have fiber on weekdays thats ridiculous!

09 Apr 2024, 09:18The fiber is still off in glen marais and frogfoot are unable to sort out this issue. One day they dont have a technician and the next day the technician does not have tools.
They are not serious at all sorting out the fiber issue in Glen Marais.
