Line not Resolved 10 days later

Such Bad Service from all those consultants claiming to be working from home, every time i call them they tell me they are escalating it further but no one assists me,i have had the fiber installed 3 months ago but started experiencing Problems even before they installed it .I have a line open with with them recently and my issue is not resolved its been 10 Days and every time I call them they say the same thing.
