K,k service. Zero business accumen and ethics

After months of struggling with Frogfoot I finally recieve a call an email that they would come install today at 12h30.

They sent me a calendar invite that I accepted. Chatted with the contractor and it was all set.

I even called the contractor this morning confirming the appointment. Guess what! 12h30 came and left, I called the co tractor and she mentioned that they were on thier way.

I call the contractor at 14h30 again, she all of a sudden does not know where her installation guys are.

I took a entire day out of my business for this BULL!

She does it even know herself what is happening, how do you employ such **** contractors? I bet my life that it's been subcontracted down a long line of companies.
