Issue successfully resolved

Thank you so much to Ilhaam from Frogfoot for coordinating the effort to get my fibre connection back online! From the start of the complaint, she has been consistent in supporting me and connecting me with Afrihost to resolve the issue of discovering that the fault is not with my Frogfoot fibre line ONT but with the router, the warranty of which has expired.
