Internet down again and terrible customer service

My internet has been off since last night. I am honestly so sick of trying to get people to restore the internet line. I pay so much money each month for the fibre itself, now I’m having to buy data to just use my phone not even speaking about the fact that I cannot use my own TV because the internet is not working. It takes the entire day to get help from the internet provider then they keep saying that they are working on it. I am completely unsafisfied with the level of service you are providing to your clients. This is ridiculous honestly. I am very upset and unhappy.
