Installation Excuse not to be done

My ISP is/was Webafrica I place the order round about the 15th of June 2021, eventually they contacted me for installation on the 15th of July 2021 already a month later as no attempt on any communication as there where documents outstanding but no one informed me either from Webafrica or Frogfoot, However when frogfoot came to install on the 15th, The Thusrday they find out that new trenching that was supposed to be done, so the technician/ installer said they cant do it and the office will phone me, however I had to phone them again on the Friday to ask what’s going on, then Anell said she was not aware and we had to reschedule, I then explained the situation and that new trenching needs to be done to get the fibre to my home, so then she rep**** that she will allocate more hours for this, and rescheduled for the 23rd of July 2021, so on this day a brand new technician / installer pitches up and say exactly the same thing that the office will phone me, however I did not wait and I phoned Anell, she then said that she has escalated the matter to her supervisors as she cant give me an answer, I told her that I am unhappy and that we need to cancel, she did not even try and convince me to change my mind. So more than a month and still now fibre installation,

However my mind has been made up as I will be going to another service provider that does not use frogfoot for the installation.

Also when checking coverage, this is not accurate, if it was it would not have been an issue for the installation.

I will not recommend using a service provider using frogfoot
