Inconsistent at best, unbearable at worst

If you consult their adverts you would think that Frogfoot provides award winning service; however the only award I'd dare give them is for 'worst fiber line provider' in RSA. I've had the displeasure of their service for three full years and can say with experience that for the amounts they charge their service is at best inconsistent and at worst unbearable. For almost four full months, the northern suburbs of Bloemfontein have suffered inconsistent download speeds, high latency issues and intermittent disconnects, and even after dozens of faults being logged with ISPs and playing the blame game (something Frogfoot likes to do with its partner ISPs -, aka Its not Us with the problems its Them) with no improvements. And the worst things is that in many regions Frogfoot is the only fiber line provider, so many of us cannot even look to another provider. One has to suffer their incompetence knowing that they have a monopoly.

Overall, if you are someone who does a lot of work required to be always online I recommend you stay clear of Frogfoot. They will only disappoint.
