Incompetence

Today is the third time we are sitting without electricity due to their *********** workers digging in our area and repeatedly hit the power cables. The first time we were off for 35 hours. Last week we were off for 30 hours. There are no supervisors, foreman present. No responsibility is taken from Frog foot. Always blaming some one else. This after their diggers have admitted to hitting the cables with his pick axe in his hands. This is beyond pathetic and incompetence. We have no idea how long we will be out of power for this time round. Or how many more times.
