I’m really not happy with Frogfoot and would never advice anyone to get fibre from them
I’m really not happy with Frogfoot and would never advice anyone to get fibre from them. They couried a router to us in December and when they were supposed to send one of their technicians to come for installation no one showed up. I have been calling them since the 5th December and all I keep hearing is “ we have escalated your query and you will be called in 24 hours but till today no call no installation. If you are looking for fibre with convenience Frogfoot is not the one.
