If there was a less than one star rating I would definitely have used it!

The people from frogfoot in Bloemfontein are busy installing fibre in our complex. We received a letter from our body corporate saying that their workers would have to gain access to our unit at some point BUT WILL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to do so. Last week the workers informed me that the HAVE TO gain entrance into my unit right now because they're busy working. When I told them I received a letter to say they must make an appointment I got told well they're here now which was a huge inconvenience to me.

Yesterday I heard a commotion outside in my yard. When I opened my front door my dogs charged outside and upon inspection I found one of their workers in my yard WITHOUT my permission. I proceeded to ask him who and what gives him the right to enter my property without my permission to which he responded nobody answered when we called at the gate and we had to come in. Yet again the notion of making an appointment was ignored. Not only did he enter my property without my permission but when my dogs charged at him he jumped on my portable braai and damaged the grid. I contacted our body corporate and complained about this and was told the matter will be investigated. A few minutes later I received a phone call from someone at frogfoot who very rudely informed me that I must understand that they are working on a deadline and that I must "maar" send a photo of the damages and he'll see what he can do. I told him I don't give a damn about their deadline according to law you MAY NOT enter someone's property WITHOUT their permission it is seen as ******* trespassing and is punishable by law. I am deeply unsatisfied and as a result I now feel incredibly unsafe in my own home because their workers have seen it is now easy to jump over the wall and gain access to my unit.
