Horrible service 😡🤬😡🤬😡

I am really disappointed with the service that I am getting from frogfoot as this is the second time im i am having problem with them as last week a installation was sent out the first time came and when he got to my house and installed the device witch it ddnt work he told me that he is done he will escalate to the maintenance guys as he only works in the house but when there is a issue outside the maintenance guys deals with it then he tells me that the guys will come later the day the maintenance guys ddnt come 2days after the guys came at the wrong address when i tell him he starts being rude cursing saying its not his problem the way it was its as if he ddnt want to fix the fiber then he open the box outside leaves for about 20 minutes comes back gose in the house cuts the fiber cable running in the house says to me the cable running in the house needs to be changed *someone* will call me to make a appointment to change the cable in the house no name off that person was given why dd u cut out the cable i really don't know and no number off that person that was suppose to come was given now m sitting with fiber that dose not work and no number to call to follow up with maintenance or installer since my wifi was installed some people are really not professional
