Happy customer! Frogfoot / home-connect
ISP (home-connect) link went down yesterday morning around 4am. Logged a ticket @9am and the fibre provider (frogfoot) got their technicians out to me @9am this morning. Super efficient! Thanks a mil to Lyle and Waseem (frogfoot technicians)!! They found the cause within 30min and fixed it immediately.. (kinked cable)
