Frustrated with the service

Absolutely terrible service.. My services were terminated for no reason on the 1st of Feb...since then I have had to purchase airtime and call everyday an be on a call for over 45 minutes at a time, one call was 2 hrs long and was placed on hold the disconnected... A technician even came to my premises after 8 days of complaining and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the router... Mweb has even confirmed that my account is fine and that FrogfootAir terminated my service...

11 days later I am still without wifi but my full months premium is paid and I have been sending emails and have been ignored the entire day even after sending a picture of the router showing the service light is red...
