Frustrated customer!

I have app**** for FTH installation with Frogfoot via Vox telecoms. I app**** almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for Frogfoot to install. There is a line at my home but I cannot get even a date when installation will be. I cannot deal directly with Frogfoot. They tell me to go the ISP (Vox) and Vox tells me they waiting for an update from Frogfoot. How can this be taking soo long? The line is already here, just need installation. Really guys! Even more frustrating is that no one is able to update me. Do I wait another month, week, day! Service is just awful. Vox and Frogfoot, get your acts together. This service is unacceptable.
