FROTFOOT SUCKS

About a month ago I upgraded my line with Cool Ideas from a 120/120Mb/s line to a 400/400Mb/s line. Since then I have had endless problems with my Wifi and even the Lan speeds. I eventually went and bought a new ASUS RT-AX53U AX1800 AiMesh Extendable Wifi 6 Router, because according to them my old router was not up to scratch. Guess what. That did not sove the problem. My MAIN issue is that they DO NOT send out a technician to try and sort out the problem. They email, they phone, but the fact is that I am not an IT expert and if they simply send out a technician to test everything from this side this will be resolved, yet they simply do not. WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO GET ONE OF YOUR TECHNICIANS OUT TO SORT THIS OUT? I look at their rating here and I am not surprised in the least. I do not blame my ISP Cool Ideas as they have been brilliant like always, but this is out of their hands.
