Frotfoot Failiure

Strike 1: Sunday. After doing electrical maint. No Frogfoot service and Vox had to sort it out for us. Strike 2: Fibre system down from 10h20 on 2019/12/03 till present. No communication from them. Very fast to set up sign on and now> Even Vox cannot commit more than a lame possibly within 72 hours response. AREA: Lorraine, Port Elizabeth.
