Frogging awful

Our internet is constantly down with no warning or communication from the company. For the past mont we have had constant connection issues. We are also unable to get communication from their network engineers on an issue.

The area we live in has no other fibre providers and residents who are needing to work from home and are stuck with this fibre provider are having their jobs put at risk as a result.
