Froggin’ awesome support! <--- This is a joke right ?

I am not impressed with frogfoot, they state "Froggin’ awesome support!" and this is an absolute lie, when you call them they ask you to contact your ISP, the ISP Can't tell you what the ETA is or the Error is as they have not been informed.

I stated to the receptionist at frogfoot that I am in IT and would like at least an explanation, I then get transferred without warning too an Extension that has voice mail disabled.

I want to know why I am having issues, I want to know what the ETA is, I want SUPPORT!
