What a way to lure customers with deals for 20/20 mbps. Took out this contract, now from 1 Jun they reduced the upload speed(from 20mbps to 2mbps) at the same rate and there is nothing you can do about it. If I want they same speed I have to pay more. Then the last couple of weeks very poor connectivity, lots of interruption of connectivity. If I want to cancel the contract I have to pay for the installation. I will wait until November and move back to previous provider. Stay away from Frogfoot/Vox.
