FROGFOOT/VEATEL failure of payment to sub contractor

Our company PSG is a sub contractor for Ekasi, who is the sub contractor for Veatel. Work has been done since October, yet to date no payment has been received. When we contact Veatel for payment, they keep changing the payment date. we have about 50 workers, who will now be going home for christmas with no money, because of the failure of payment being made. this is unprofessional business ethic, as the work was invoiced over a period of 30 days and they are now indicating that payment MIGHT be done on the 27th December, keeping in mind that they close for the year on 20 December, So the question I ask, will payment actually be made? has Frogfoot failed to make the payment to Veatel or is Frogfoot unaware of the ********* business practice that Veatel has been doing? I hope that we will get a response soonest.
