Frogfoot's feet is broken!

If there was a Minus star rating, Frogfoot will deserve it!

Something went wrong after my installation worked for a few days and stopped working. Everything is pointing to a fault fiber box from them. I am fedup with Frogfoot's attitude towards my problem.

They keep on ****ing around over the telephone trying stuff and telling us it is supposed to work!

I am not an idiot and I know IT and know routers and have worked in IT for years in Major big organisations! Their routers are faulty and if they do not send someone out to my residence NOW to prove me wrong that your internet works, I'm going to move my package! please stop waisting time and fix the ****** thing!
