Frogfoot: your sometimes internet service provider (SISP)

Frogfoot and their on again off again Internet really make life difficult. Studying from home is sometimes a nightmare, especially with tests and that being online. Never mind the fact that when the Internet does come back on, it's at a very small fraction of the speed for sometimes days on end. Clearly they cannot deal with the high demand. Someone needs to step in urgently!
