FROGFOOT worst service provider!

I moved to a new house and went with Telkom Fibre package, Frogfoot looks after line and does installations. I am now waiting over a month for a Frogfoot technician to attend to my issue and setup equipment. I have escalated this issue all managers including sending an e-mail to the CEO of Telkom. I am still sitting with no internet at home and I work from home. This is by far the worst service I have received from any service provider!
