Frogfoot / Vox - your service in the Rynfield, Benoni area has been shocking over the last 2 weeks.
We've had intermittent connectivity going back 2 weeks with today being the absolute worst day - 7 hrs no connectivity.
Rumor has it that you're aware of the problem in the Rynfield, Benoni area but how is it acceptable to leave this issue unresolved for so long.
People's livelihoods depend on your service. Some people are running businesses from their home and are unable to provide levels of service to their customers.
The situation is dire and completely unacceptable.
