FROGFOOT! UTTERLY POOR SERVICE

Utterly poor service. There is a continues outage in the area. You can phone them until you are blue in the face. You hold on for 20 minutes to get to the front of the line just to be cut off!!!!! When you report the issue to WebAfrica they simply say there is no ETA it's an outage in the area (Frogfoot) and they can't help!!!!!
