FROGFOOT USELESS NO REPLY TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS

Been over a month since I have had any fibre. Our building is installed with Frogfoot fibre so you basically stuck with the useless provider. You have no service support. My guys have been waiting on them to replace their router for over 2 weeks and they still have not phoned me on progress or any email received. I have mailed their support department. Everytime I get an automated email with a ticket number - but no one EVER CALLS YOU BACK. So frustrated been over a month for fibre to be installed. What I find more frustrating is that you are held ransom you cannot get another supplier to just install a whole new line for you... you just have to wait till they phone you back which will never happen..... meanwhile the days are ticking by and I have no way of getting my supplier's connected to their optic fibre line.... THEIR SERVICE IS SHOCKING....
