Frogfoot unable to change my password request made since September 2022

Good morning Vox, i logged countless ticket for a password change up until today 5days later still remain unchanged,1st request made in September 2022 up until today nothing happened,again this week the 15th January 2023 still query remained unchanged...I'm talking about a password change request...I still remain with the OLD password given,i did mentioned that this password given it was leaked but your systems are failing me now.
