Frogfoot totally useless, ******* company!

Appalling service! They never get back to you. Waited from December to May to be connected, because up until April, in spite of trenches being dug twice in October, no fibre had ever been laid. Apparently we are connected now, since Friday 15 May, and activation was promised in an Hour. Well, it's a week later, and we still have no internet. I find their work ethic DEPLORABLE, and will never, ever promote their business. Numerous phone calls with Ref numbers mean zilch. Just nothing, nothing, nothing gets done.
