Frogfoot - Totally useless!

Once again, Frogfoot for the win! After logging four faults with Telkom, who to their credit have logged the faults with FrogFoot - I am still sitting with no Fibre connection 4 days later. In addition to Telkom logging faults I have also emailed their support team, their customer service team as well as a manager by the name of Moghamad Abrahams with the Telkom references - not a single reply from a human, just an automated email reply. Is this really the best you can do Frogfoot? Trash service, trash connection, just useless and inept!
