Frogfoot too slippery for business

Who would have thought that one would think back fondly to the days of ADSL? Since getting Frogfoot fibre my link has been down at least once a month, so far twice for February. And that does not count planned outages. Down time has reached 12 hours during the previous 7 February outage, the one being experienced now is moving past 9 hours - and counting. Requests for SLA KPIs has been answered by the ISP with "this is a best effort service" (probably due to the Frogfoot link in the chain) If you have to rely on Frogfoot fibre for business, know that you need a backup. You will need it - often. If you have an alternative fibre provider in your area, strongly consider it. As for me, I have to hope that the level of service improves when the roll-out in my area matures or that an alternative last mile option realises.
