Frogfoot - terrible service

What a nightmare. We had a Fibre line with Frogfooot who transferred our account to Supersonic but apparently transferred to Afrihost erroneously. No one is able to help us and figure out what is going on, and Supersonic doesn't even answer their phone or Whatsapp line! How are we supposed to work during lockdown like this?!
