Frogfoot sucks and as a result, Home Connect sucks

I recently wrote a review of Home Connect, who makes use of Frogfoot. Our fibre is off more than its on and Home Connect always blames Frogfoot. Again today, our internet has been off for more than 12 hrs and is currentlystill off. No one can give me me an expected time to resolve the issue. As an IT professional, who works from home, my internet is literally my bread and butter. Home Connect has offered to reimburse me for all the downtime, however I would much rather pay and be connected. This constant failure to have connection is costing me way more than money. Frogfoot sucks and as a result, Home Connect sucks. Rather go with ANY other fibre providers. Our download speeds have been 0.27mbps. Seriously, how can anyone work with that? Haven't been this frustrated with any service in a very long time
