Frogfoot refuses to help

We bought a property. Vodacom has placed a hold on our Fiber line and refuses to let it go because is has to be canceled by the previous tenants. WE OWN THE HOUSE! Fiber cant be installed and previous tenants are nowhere to be found. How is this possible? ABSOLUTELY USELESS as FROGFOOT does nothing to accomodate us and just says its on vodacoms side. 3 weeks back and forth. R400 worth of airtime and NOTHING...
