FrogFoot refuses to assist / offer feedback on the installation request.

It's been a month since I placed an order, I request updates almost every day from the ISP (WebAfrica) and they say they are still waiting for feedback from Frogfoot. I tried contacting FrogFoot to see where the issue is several times with no luck they say My ISP will Update me, while my ISP is waiting for an update from Frogfoot. Today I called Frogfoot and a service agent by the name of Masentle simply refused to check my query, tried to explain to her that the ISP is waiting for feedback from Frogfoot, and I wanted to know where the challenge is so that I assist to resolve it.
