Frogfoot poor service delivery

I have had my internet down for the past 4 days now. I called supersonic and had no joy. They mention that the problem had been logged with FROGFOOT. I cannot get anyone to attend to my query. When you dial their number you are given a email address to email about your emergency.

Frogfoot service is just as bad as supersonic.
