Frogfoot - Pathetic technical support

My line was transferred to a new address. The installation was done poorly and the ONT fell off the wall on the same night. I reported and was told to hit a nail in the wall to secure it. I refused and requested a technician to assist. I was told to just stick it back on the wall, which I did. On Monday night it fell again, this time, ripping the cable from the ONT. Needless to say, I am now without wi-fi. I reported it again, and to date, no one from Frogfoot arranged for a technician to attend to this issue. If you are considering them as a provider, think again. They have ZERO after sal service. I will now cancel this service and use their competitor in the area. Pathetic.
