FROGFOOT - PATHETIC SERVICE!

If there was a 'less than 1 star' rating available - I would give Frogfoot a negative-star! Their service is absolutely pathetic - after 3 days of no WIFI connection, a technician came last night- after dark (!)- to look for the fault, entirely dismantled all my fibre cables, dismounted my TV - then could not repair as he 'didn't have a grid map of the cable layout ' in my area (?!) and left everything a mess - and promised to come back early this morning. Needless to say, Im still waiting for him - and NO ONE responds to your emails at Frog Foot or answers the phone. You call and are in a queue for 30 minutes every time , with no one answering. I have now spoken to Ayesha Salie, Susan, Francois and still NO resolution to my problem. I will definitely not recommend FrogFoot as a service provider to anyone.
