FROGFOOT - Pathetic like no other!!!!!!!!

This must be the worst FNO in South Africe. They are pathetic beyond words. If I have to say what I really think I will probably be locked up.

Frogfoot is not even capable of keeping their links up for a week. We are now off the second time this week. They never give feedback on any of these NEVER-ENDING outages, but they are quick to say that they have resolved the problems. These claims are false.

Below are the dates that we have been offline. As you can see we have been on for two days, now off again.

i did not keep track of all the times when it came on again but the dates and times when it went off are accurate.

This company is incapable of fixing their problems but are quick to take your money.

My advice to anybody is never to make use of this company. They suck! If you have a choice between nothing and Frogfoot, then choose nothing. At least you will know where you stand.

You cannot rely on frogfoot for a minute. I repeat. They are pathetic!!
