Frogfoot not activating Fibre line

I was awaiting a fibre line transfer (which was released by the old ISP on the 30th April) to a new service provider and Frogfoot advised me that once the line was released to them, it would be quick for them to activate the line with the new ISP. After receiving the confirmation the morning of the 30th April, I am still awaiting connection and no-one at Frogfoot can tell me what is going on. The customer service agents seem to be trying their best but they can just "escalate" to the provisioning team which has not done anything on my line. I am now 3 days without internet due to Frogfoot not activating my line with the new ISP. Extremely frustrating to work like this.
