Frogfoot non-service
My Wifi no longer functions. A computer technician, who saw the Router and black box, said the problem was with Frogfoot. I emailed Frogfoot on Thursday 5/2/26 to ask them to fix it. No response. I phoned Frogfoot on Friday 6/2/26. Pressed 2 for service. Recorded message said they are closed and I should leave a message. Phone cut out so that I could not leave a message. I have phoned 9 times since last Thursday speaking to different telephonists who work from (sometimes very noisy) home. It is now Tuesday 10/2/26. I have received 16 automated emails from Frogfoot, each with a different reference number, saying "Your request (***) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." When I phoned on Saturday I was told the technicians were waiting for a photo of the Router. No-one had told me that until I phoned them. I then sent the photo. No response. When I phoned again on Sunday I was told the technicians were waiting for a photo of the black box. No-one told me until I phoned to ask what's happening. I then sent that photo. No response. I phoned twice on Monday and was told again that my call would be escalated. I phoned again on Tuesday. After I asked for the manager's name and number and was told it is ******* for the telephonist to give it to me, I asked for the office phone number of Frogfoot headquarters. I was not given that. The Frogfoot website has no provision for complaints and only provides one phone number which it the one I have been phoning. Eventually I was told that Frogfoot HAD investigated the problem on SUNDAY at 10.20 p.m. and found that the problem was not on their side but on MWEB's side and that I should have contacted MWEB. No-one had told me that. While the telephonist and I waited a long time for the manager to come on the line, because I didn't trust him to call me back, the telephonist said he would email MWEB for me to tell them to investigate the problem. He said the previous telephonist should have done that. The manager eventually responded to the telephonist who passed on the message that he was "in a meeting" (ha ha) and would phone me back. That was an hour ago. I am still waiting to hear from the manager at Frogfoot.
