Frogfoot - No service level, no contact info, no policy & procedures, No clue on how to provide a service

In a day and age when working from home is the norm and when using digital connectivity is vital to the survival of everyday people like you and me, you would expect 'service providers' like frogfoot to, at the very least, communicate with their clients. Well, apparently not!

So this is what you can expect when you want to move house: 1. You will be billed twice for 2 separate data lines even though, you have expressly stipulated in writing that you are merely moving house...

2. You will be cut off without any warning or facilitation for a cross over period.

3. You will not be given any date or time of when to expect your new installation at your new home.

4. You will not be allowed ANY contact information for Frogfoot. Instead, you will be given useless snippets of information from your ISP stating that Frogfoot doesn't communicate with anyone effectively and that they, your ISP, have no idea when frogfoot will decide to allocate a date and time to install your point at your new home that you have already moved into. But cannot operate from and put food on the table because frogfoot haven't a sense of a moral compass or a clue to how rediculous their actions, or lack there of, are.

Instead, you will be allowed to sit there, in the dark, after you have paid for everything, parted with your money. And you will be allowed to keep quiet and wait patiently until frogfoot decide that it's ok for them to come and install your fibre line that you have paid for, diligently, every month for more than a year.

This is what you can expect from frogfoot during a pandemic. This is the kind of attitude they have toward you and your hard-earned money. Like Eskom, they are well aware that they can do as they please.

The only way to better it is to make sure that we tell everyone we know, on social media, e-mail, articles, blogs and even in passing. The more we expose these types of chancers, the better off us as consumers will be.
